Grand Junction, Colorado.
It’s absolutely beautiful here. We got to Grand Junction at midnight and spent the next day exploring the canyons.
Mystery Man is afraid of heights, so whenever I wondered near the rock edges I can hear him calling for me. It’s actually quite adorable =P
Being surrounded my nature and all her grandeur, I realized how small I am in this world. It’s very humbling. Walking around the canyons, you can feel her presence. You can hear the wind whispering, the birds chirping, and the colors waving their ‘hello’s’ at you.
Inspired by the canyon colors, I paired orange shorts with a green scarf. The canyons were lively with colors of brown, orange, and yellow. And sprinkle of green played on the canyon floors. I can spend days here to fully experience the beauty that lies within this canyon. With the little time that I had here, I saw so many design inspirations – the texture of the ground reminded me of different leather compositions, the shape of the canyons were reminiscent of bold structured jackets, and the vibrant colors hinted at freshly painted watercolors on silks.
Thank you Colorado National Monument for the design inspirations and warm welcome. We’ll be back!
Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed the pictures =)
